Taxes, if any, on any prize are the Player's sole responsibility. The Player, by acceptance of a prize, acknowledges compliance with all rules thereto.
5. DISPUTES & DISCREPANCIES
5.1. Should there be a discrepancy between the gaming results on the Player’s computer and the gaming results on the MANDARIN PALACE gaming server, the results on the MANDARIN PALACE gaming server shall take precedence and be considered final.
5.2.1. Funds unfairly lost or debited to eventual bug(s) affecting financial or gaming activities will be credited back to the player’s account. If the Bonus/Promotion Terms and Conditions have been met these funds are eligible for withdrawal to the Player account holder.
5.2.2. Other refunds may be given in exceptional circumstances, and solely at Management's discretion.
5.2.3. By default, refunds will only be processed via the same method of payment and to the same funding source through which a deposit was made.

Deactivate or close the suspect account.
Report the matter to the authorities.
Submit and compile a report of the activity.

The deposit and the bonus money won off any free spins set, must be played as one  balance.

All free spins bonuses carry a cash out multiplier which means that the maximum value that can be converted to cash is 5 times the value of the free spin bonus. To make a withdrawal, a player will need to wager $100 (Bonus) x 60 = $6,000.
